Thank you for your interest in the 4th Annual NYC Qualifying Challenge at Icahn Stadium. 

 

The event will take place on Friday and Saturday May 7th-8th, 2010

Meet information is as follows;

All entries must be processed through www.directathletics.com.  College coaches should be sure to enter under NYC Qualifying Challenge-College Division

Entries will open on March 15th  and will remain open until Wednesday, May 5h at Noon EST. 

 

Entry fee is $20.00 per event or $300.00 per individual team. Men and Women $550.00

Entry fees should be paid in advance or at packet pick-up, this will be strictly enforced; all exceptions must be cleared through the meet director prior to competition day.

 

Please remember this is an entry fee and not a participation fee. 

 

Please make all checks payable to; The Randall’s Island Sports Foundation. 

 

Some changes for this years meet

 

  • All late college team entries will be charged an additional $50.00 processing fee per team.
  • 9 will advance to all finals except the 200m dash
  • If less the 9 athletes are entered in any event which trials are offered it will be run as a straight final at the time of the scheduled final.
  • Qualifying standards will be enforced if the desired maximum number of athletes is obtained.  If the maximum number is passed.  It is the decision of meet management to

        accept or not accept an athlete based on the entry mark.  We will try our best to have all college athletes accepted into the meet.  Entry standards can be found

        on www.icahnstadium.org.

 

Heat sheets will be posted on www.icahnstadium.org by Thursday May 7th.
