Decathlon and Heptathlon now added to the NYCQC as well at the 10K. The Hammer Throw and 400m Hurdles are now moved to Friday, May 8th.

Coaches please note that all entries will be accepted unless the maximum number per event is reached. Once that number is reached all athletes who have not meant the standard will not be accepted but may be eligible to compete in another event if spots are available.
